We always knew our customer services skills were good – we do our very best to ensure everyone who places an order online or passes through our showroom doors has only the very best experience – but it was lovely to have the fact confirmed recently. That’s right, we’ve received an award!
Each year, popular US interiors site Houzz dished out awards in a range of different categories, and we’ve been rated at the highest level for customer satisfaction by a community of interiors fans. Scooping the ‘Best of Houzz 2014 – Customer Satisfaction’ accolade, we’re thrilled to be noted amongst some of the very best furniture retail companies around.
