Customer Photos: Our Pick of the Best

We make all our furniture by hand and from scratch – and aside from the moment we set our customers’ new sofa or chair down in their living room, there’s nothing we enjoy more than receiving photos of our pieces in their respective homes.

So, to give you a little taste of how you might choose to style your chosen piece when you receive it, here are a few of our favourite photos from the last few months. As well as a photo that came via a happy customer who ordered her sofa back in 2014!. Enjoy…

Contemporary French Chic

Our customers continue to fly the flag for our French-inspired Paris chair, seen here in the home of a long-time lover of this piece.

A contemporary chair, yet with a traditional buttoned-back look, this piece blends styles for a cool, yet classic aesthetic. We love how this homeowner has positioned this piece against a striking yellow and grey feature wall – what do you think? Everything looks so clean and fresh and we’d definitely bagsy that chair if we were joining the owners for drinks – top notch comfort, right there!

Purple Reign

A Distinctive Chesterfields customer in the Netherlands opted to add these gorgeous pieces to their living room and diner area recently – and the result is a striking space, which is perfectly complemented by that bright purple feature wall – what do you think?

We love the look of these kitchen units, too. Set up like a bar, this is the perfect spot for a post-work or weekend refreshment. Do you love the look of this home, too?

Winging It

While new models are added to our range all the time, it’s the traditional pieces which pique customers’ interest time and time again. We’re talking about furniture like our gorgeous Paxton wing back chair, pictured here. Despite the fact that our London sofa, also pictured, is the bigger of the two pieces, the wing back certainly stands head and shoulders above it in terms of presence. In our humble opinion, anyway.

A timeless piece, this wing back is extremely comfortable – and the ideal place to get cosy with a cuppa after a long day. We love how this customer has styled their room, too. Primary colours of red and green work to a T with the brown wingback chair, and we love the gallery wall, featuring artwork and photos.

Oooh La La!

If you liked the Paris chair (featured earlier in this post), then you’ll certainly love the look of our Paris Chaise Longue (pictured below). We recently featured this photo on Facebook and everyone went crazy over it! Just look at that little pug, having a snooze on his owner’s new chaise.

We’re big fans of the colour palette in this room, too – it looks lovely and cosy, don’t you think?

 

Cool and Quirky

Thanks to the customer who recently sent us a photo of her living room, featuring her gorgeous Arundel corner sofa she bought from us back in 2014. As you can see, the sofa’s faring extremely well! And while it isn’t a piece that’s in our current range, we can certainly upholster something similar for you – if you simply must have a piece like this in your home, too.
