Exciting news! Say Hello to Our New London-inspired Chesterfield Range

By now you’re probably aware (we’ve talked about it enough – sorry!) we’re due to open a brand new showroom in London’s Clapham Junction. The launch is scheduled for Monday, June 29 – that’s a week today, folks – and we can’t wait to cut the ribbon on our sparkly new premises.

Did you know, though, that to celebrate the new premises we’ve worked hard to create a very special range of London-inspired chesterfield sofas. Undergoing months and months of careful planning, the new range – featuring the Battersea, The Fulham and The Knightsbridge sofas – has been designed with three exciting London boroughs very much in mind.

We’ve tried to create something for everyone, from the new age design of the Battersea, with its cushioned back, slim, straight arms and mahogany bun stain feet, to the simple yet sleek design of the Fulham chesterfield sofa. Last but not least is the Knightsbridge; chic, sophisticated and simple, the sofa is named after this exclusive residential retail district in central London. Retaining all your favourite chesterfield sofa details, it’s shown here on this blog in Cracked Wax Spice from our premium leather range and features a semi-distressed look.

The Battersea, pictured above, is finished in Giotto Brandy from Distinctive Chesterfields’ deluxe range and the seat and back cushions are feather. Renaissance studding detail adds a final flourish, running all the way around the piece, and as the piece is lower to the ground it creates a deep profile to enable you to sit back and relax

But if the Battersea isn’t for you, there’s still two more London-inspired options (plus many more pieces to choose from in our standard chesterfield sofa range) to consider.

The Fulham chesterfield (seen below) is the second of three new designs we’ve rolled out ahead of the new showroom launch – isn’t she a beauty?! An adaptation of our popular Howard chesterfield, the Fulham offers a simple design, thanks to its plain border and low, compact arms. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t offer the wow factor. This is a sofa that’s just perfect for people looking for a fully-cushioned seat, as it is designed with a feather back, as well as a feather and foam cushioning. It’s comfortable and inviting and it’s seen here in Highland Dark Brown from our premium leather range. What do you think?

For those looking for something slightly different, our Knightsbridge model (below) may be it. With a semi-distressed, textured finish, it stands on mahogany bun feet and offers feather cushions for a comfortable seat.
