Chesterfield Furniture

Spotted: Distinctive Chesterfields on Celebrity Big Brother

You might remember a couple of years ago when we were very proud to announce that our velvet Chesterfield sofas were centre stage in the Big Brother house’s living room.

This year, we’re pleased to reveal that once again our furniture has been featured on Big Brother: the glamorous red velvet tub chairs that you’re bound to have spotted in the infamous live eviction and post eviction interview scenes were none other than our Ragley tub chairs.

These chairs now lay their claim to fame in the fact that they’ve housed famous celebrity rear ends over the past couple of weeks, from presenter Emma Willis to evicted celebs including reality TV star Gemma Collins and Irish model Jeremy McConnell, as well as runner up Stephanie Davis, and of course winner, Scotty T.

So if you’ve been dazzled by the glitz and glam of our red velvet tub chairs and want to own your own piece of television history, the Ragley chair is available to buy from our site from £549 in various leather and velvet finishes in addition to the luxurious crimson velvet you saw on Big Brother. Handmade in  Yorkshire from beech hardwood, hand-covered tufted buttons and studded with polished brass nails, they were designed to fit the striking Vaudeville theatre style of the 2016 BB House, with Victorian glam, old time opulence and the plushness of the bygone theatre era.
