We are thrilled to be making monthly shipments from our workshop, to the United States, with schedule of each shipment leaving UK the last week of each month.
In order to make that container, we need your order confirmed and deposit received by the 24th of the month prior.
NOTE: the only thing that would get in the way of you not making the next month’s container would be if the container fills up prior to the 24th, which has been known to happen. Thus, best for you to get your order in as soon as you have settled in on what you want.
Once the container leaves the UK (balance of payment due prior to loading your order onto the container) we need to allot 2-3 weeks for transport, going through the process of clearing customs and finally being trucked to our US distribution hub. And from there, pending on your location, we need to allot an additional 1- 3 weeks for final delivery into your home. A representative from our US distribution hub will call you to set up a delivery time prior to delivery, but our US based sales rep, Ruth Olbrych, remains available throughout this process, should you require her services.
Because we are on a container schedule we are able to offer a very agreeable shipping charge to move your Distinctive purchase from our factory to your home, complete with offering a white glove inside delivery service. Our minimum charge for this service is 395.00. This covers the first 3 "seats", with each additional "seat" costing 50.00/seat. Note that taxes and duties are all inclusive of the price, thus no hidden unknown fees on your purchase.
